In the face of the current health crisis, our priority is to protect the health of our employees and yours while monitoring urgent issues.

To minimize the risks, we have put in place a set of strict measures to fight COVID-19.

From today until further notice, One Crans-Montana SA teams will be working on a “Home-Office” basis only from 9am to 12 am and 2 pm till 5 pm. Our offices will no longer be accessible. 

Appointments will be made for emergency cases only.

The reception will be closed to the public but will still ensure the handing over of the keys to the providers and customers who need them. For this purpose, a key box is present at the entrance of the agency and you will be informed of the withdrawal procedure when ordering.

In addition, all our services are available during this period, by email and telephone.

The condominium department provides an emergency service; we ask you to contact your regular building manager who will, if necessary, forward your request to the service manager for a physical intervention.
